Chicken Basil & Sun Dried Tomato sausages |

(5”) pre-made pizza crusts |

prepared lemon artichoke pesto (or your favorite type) |

shredded cheese blend (divided) |

crimini mushrooms, sliced |

green pepper, chopped |
Cook
the sausages over medium heat until done. Slice thinly
and set aside. |
Sautee
the mushrooms in a small skillet, with oil or cooking
spray, until tender. Set aside. |
Spread
2 Tb pesto on each pizza crust. Sprinkle cheese evenly
on pizzas. |
Place
sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and scallions on
top of cheese. |
Bake
at 450° for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese starts
to get golden around the edges. |

to your family’s tastes! |
